Tapping into Resilence in Challenging Times: A Toolkit

Five 75-minute sessions

This class is an oasis in the storm, a practice class for anyone who desires more calm, connection, clarity, and courage. Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique-EFT) is used in each class, along with other evidence supported tools and exercises. In the process of learning and facing our concerns, we build community, a key part of resilience.

As part of this class, we hope you:

  • Lower anxiety
  • Release physical tension
  • Counter the paralysis of fear
  • Avoid taking tension out on others
  • Clarify who you chose to be
  • Access the wisdom of your heart and mind
  • Connect with others

A class is forming now for Summer 2020.

The cost for the class is $59  (Pay what you can if you’ve lost your job due to the pandemic.)

Your trainer: Carolyn Yoder, LPC, NBCC
